Employment Type:
Full time or Per Diem
Location: East Valley (travel required to patient homes)
As a Full Time Palmeira Home Health Registered Nurse, you can expect:

Job Summary:
The RN will provide skilled nursing care, manage clinical visits, coordinate care plans, and educate patients and families. All care is delivered in-home in accordance with each patient’s individualized care plan.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in Arizona or Multistate license
- Possess a Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current BLS (CPR) or ACLS certifications
- Valid Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes
- Negative TB test and flu shot (within the last 12 months)
- Vaccination proof: COVID-19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel to patient homes
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Must have no health restrictions that would interfere with patient care
