Office Coordinator - Home Health

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily office activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to home health clinicians, ensuring they have what they need to deliver excellent care.
• Coordinate staff schedules and workflow to ensure adequate coverage.
• Address patient concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Work closely with the healthcare team to support patient care, making sure everything is organized and well-coordinated.

Qualifications:

• Recent experience in Healthcare Administration or Office Management (preferably in home health or healthcare-related fields).
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams or managing administrative personnel
