As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to overcome physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges—helping them build confidence, restore function, and improve their overall quality of life.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and functional skills
- Adapt environments and recommend assistive devices to enhance independence
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
Employment Type: Per Diem
Area Coverage: Pinal area (travel required to patient homes)

Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the State of Arizona.
- Current and valid BLS (CPR) and ACLS certifications
- Negative TB test result and flu shot within the past year
- Up-to-date immunization/vaccination records including COVID-19, Hepatitis B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella
- Valid Driver’s License with auto insurance
