We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for
per diem position to join our growing home health care team. In this role, you will provide in-home therapy services to help patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized therapy plans, and accurately document care and progress in accordance with agency policies.

Area Coverage: Las Vegas area (travel required to patient homes)

Per Diem rates can be discussed during the interview.
