We’re hiring a Clinical Manager (CM) to provide skilled home health care services throughout Phoenix, Arizona. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team and deliver care that helps patients recover safely and independently at home.
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Starting at $100,000 annually (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-home nursing visits, including IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, and comprehensive patient assessments.
- Oversee patient care operations and support staff development
- Assign and direct staff with appropriate skills to perform clinical and administrative duties effectively.
- Lead and plan staff education programs, in-services, and administrative/clinical meetings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned that may not be listed here but are essential to supporting patient care and agency operations
As a FULL TIME Palmeira Home Health RN Clinical Manager, you can expect:
- Competitive, bi-weekly pay: Starting at $100,000 annually (based on experience)
- FULL IRS Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70 per mile

- New Hire training: for 3-5 days

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of clinical management in a home health setting or similar environment
- Active Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona or a Multistate License
- Active BLS/ACLS certification
- Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card, Driver’s License and auto insurance
- Up-to-date immunization records (COVID-19, TB test, Flu, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella)
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel to patient homes
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Must have no health restrictions that would interfere with patient care
