Administrator (Home Health)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administrator to oversee operations, support departmental leaders, and help strengthen our organization’s overall performance. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, evaluating business processes, and supporting departmental managers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee managers’ schedules and daily workflow
• Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
• Manage employee discipline and terminations per company policy
• Establish and monitor performance metrics to improve efficiency
• Review and optimize business procedures
• Implement policies that enhance daily operations
• Ensure safe, adequate, and compliant work environments
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for financial objectives
• Perform other related duties as assigned that may not be listed here but are essential to supporting patient care and agency operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of home health or related healthcare experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
• Must have knowledge with all federal and state health and safety regulations and requirements in the state of Arizona
• Excellent computer software skills necessary to produce accurate documents and materials required
