The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, evaluating business processes, and supporting departmental managers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee managers’ schedules and daily workflow
- Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
- Manage employee discipline and terminations per company policy
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to improve efficiency
- Review and optimize business procedures
- Implement policies that enhance daily operations
- Ensure safe, adequate, and compliant work environments
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for financial objectives
- Perform other related duties as assigned that may not be listed here but are essential to supporting patient care and agency operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of home health or related healthcare experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
- Must have knowledge with all federal and state health and safety regulations and requirements in the state of Arizona
- Excellent computer software skills necessary to produce accurate documents and materials required
