Overview

MIGA GROUP is looking for an experienced, reliable, and committed Server to join our front-of-house team in 5 Biltmore Avenue.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and takes pride in creating a warm, attentive, and memorable dining experience. The right person is professional, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working as part of a fast-paced team.

Schedule

• 3–4 days per week
• Approximately 5 hours per shift
• Evening and weekend availability
• Immediate start

Compensation

• $10/hour tips

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their experience
• Guide guests confidently through the menu, including food, cocktails, wine, and specials
• Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages professionally and with attention to timing and presentation
• Make thoughtful recommendations and suggest additional dishes, drinks, and desserts when appropriate
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain tables throughout service
• Process payments accurately through the POS system
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and FOH team to ensure smooth service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining environment

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience required
• Strong hospitality and guest-service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Food, wine, cocktail, and spirits knowledge is a plus
• Comfortable using a restaurant POS system
• Willingness to learn the menu and confidently communicate the restaurant's food, culture, and dining experience
• Positive attitude and strong team mentality
