What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Palm View Gardens RV Resorts?
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as lawn mowing, weed eating, repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Being reliable is the first step to getting this job. You must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities but not limited too;
- Yard upkeep by mowing, weed eating, collecting debris etc.
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as repairing water spigots and water leaks.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment
- Collaborate with workers during repairs
- Report issues to the maintenance manager
Skills
- Able to use zero turn lawn mowers and weed eaters
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Able to work outside in the heat
- Work dependently or as a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
