Job description:
As an Office Assistant at PVECS, you will support the front office team with a variety of administrative duties, including preparing documents, processing faxes, managing patient intake forms, and helping maintain a tidy, professional, and welcoming environment for patients and guests.
We are seeking an individual with an ability to effectively communicate in a manner that represents our "patient first" philosophy and regards themselves as someone who provides excellent customer service.
The office utilizes modern technology so advanced computer and phone skills are important.
