Pay: Starts at $16/hour Job Type: [Part-Time / Seasonal / Full-Time] Schedule: Weekends are required; long hours during peak season.
Job Summary We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our delivery and setup team. In this role, you will be the muscle behind the party! You will load trucks, deliver equipment to event sites, set up tents, tables, chairs, and inflatables, and return to break them down.
This is an active, outdoor job perfect for someone who hates sitting at a desk and wants to stay fit while working.
Responsibilities
- Delivery & Logistics: Load and unload trucks with heavy equipment.
- Site Setup: professionally set up bounce houses, waterslides, tents, tables, and chairs. Safely anchor and inflate bounce houses and slides.
- Equipment Care: Clean, dry, and roll inflatables after use. Maintain an organized truck and inventory.
- Driving: (If qualified) Drive box trucks or tow trailers to and from event sites safely.
- Customer Service: Interact politely with clients upon delivery and ensure they are happy with the setup placement and experience.
Requirements
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly. You will be moving heavy rolled-up inflatables and stacks of chairs.
- Outdoor Resilience: Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Weekend Availability: Events happen on weekends. You must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Preferred Experience: Experience driving box trucks (16ft-26ft) or towing trailers is a huge plus.
