The Opportunity
We are looking for a Subaru Love-Encore Delivery Specialist to elevate the ownership experience for every new Subaru customer.
This role is at the center of our customer experience strategy—bridging the gap between delivery and long-term ownership. You will guide customers through their vehicle’s technology, build confidence, and create lasting relationships that drive retention and loyalty.
No prior automotive experience is required—just a passion for people, technology, and delivering a standout experience.
What You’ll Do
Customer Experience & Delivery Excellence
- Deliver personalized Love-Encore redelivery appointments (14–60 days post-sale)
- Ensure customers fully understand their vehicle’s features, technology, and capabilities
- Create a welcoming, high-touch experience aligned with Subaru’s Love Promise and HEART pillars
- Act as a trusted post-sale resource for customer questions and support
Follow-Up & Relationship Building
- Proactively reach out via text, email, or phone (based on customer preference)
- Maintain a structured redelivery schedule and ensure high participation rates
- Support long-term engagement and retention through continued customer contact
Product Expertise & Training
- Become the in-store Subaru product expert (maintain certifications and ongoing training)
- Support the sales and service teams with product knowledge and technology questions
- Assist with vehicle deliveries during peak periods
Operational Excellence
- Manage Love-Encore program logistics (appointments, incentives, documentation)
- Track and monitor customer satisfaction and survey performance
- Ensure proper delivery setup (appointments scheduled, materials provided, introductions completed)
- Support STARLINK activation and onboarding
Team & Dealership Support
- Help connect customers with Service & Parts to strengthen retention
- Assist with merchandising and customer-facing materials
- Promote and champion the Love-Encore program across the dealership
