Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures for pets and their owners
- Schedule appointments, follow-up visits, and coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Handle medical billing, insurance claims, and collection of payments with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain detailed records of pet medical histories, treatments, and laboratory results in compliance with clinic protocols
- Support veterinary team during critical care situations by preparing supplies, managing documentation, and facilitating communication
- Manage incoming calls, respond to client inquiries about pet care, treatments, or procedures using veterinary terminology
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working with a variety of animals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and other technology
- Efficiently juggling multiple tasks and priorities
- Prioritizing urgent matters while maintaining attention to detail.
