Responsibilities
- Managing multi-line phone systems, handling phone etiquette with professionalism,
- Managing supplies / inventory and ensuring timely deliveries
- Assist with office management duties including filing, document organization, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace
- Support medical or specialized office management tasks if applicable
Skills
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner and attention to detail in written correspondence, multi-tasking in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with office technology such as multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH AVIMARK
