Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Line Cook position located in Palm Springs, CA within the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway culinary operations. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to set recipes and specifications, ensuring food safety standards are consistently met. Key daily tasks include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, collaborating with kitchen staff, and assisting with inventory and supplies management. The position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and adherence to a high standard of food quality and presentation.
