You will be responsible for building trust, providing detailed information, and offering tailored solutions that meet each family's unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand families’ preferences, financial considerations, and cultural values, ensuring personalized service
- Serve as a caring and professional resource for families during at need cemetery planning conversations.
- Present comprehensive product and service packages clearly, highlighting benefits and addressing questions with confidence
- Engage with individuals and families to educate them on pre-need funeral and cemetery options.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
Skills
- 2 years of successful sales experience (funeral/cemetery industry preferred, but not required).
- Exceptional customer service skills to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with in-person and phone-based sales presentations.
- Ability to manage sales administration tasks efficiently while maintaining detailed records
- Not a Management Position
