Property Manager
Palm Resaca Mobile Home Park, Inc. – Brownsville, Texas
Palm Resaca is a well-established, resident-owned 55 community with over 50 years of history, serving both seasonal and full-time residents. We are seeking a proactive and community-focused Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support our vibrant community.
Compensation: $48,000–$60,000 benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the park, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents and the Board of Directors
- Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and service providers
- Lead implementation of an online property management system
Qualifications:
- Proven organizational and leadership skills
- Experience in property, hospitality, or community management preferred
- Strong financial and administrative abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Comfortable working in a resident-owned, Board-led environment
- Tech-savvy with a mindset for improving systems
- Bilingual an asset (English/Spanish)
