-Welcome Customers with a smile?
-Answer the phone and take to go orders?
-Present professional and friendly image to customers at all times?
-Cater to guests needs, be knowledgeable about the menu, drinks and daily features?
-Communicate and work effectively with other front of the house and back of the house staff?
Work Environment & Related:
A restaurant in Hospitality Services has characteristics for extended hours standing and walking, lifting and bending in both indoor and outdoor environments.
