A top-performing acute care hospital in Southern California is seeking a dynamic Sepsis Program Coordinator (RN) to champion early sepsis recognition, drive quality outcomes, and lead one of the facility’s most critical clinical initiatives. What You’ll Do

• Lead and elevate the hospital’s Sepsis Program
• Improve early detection & evidence-based treatment
• Educate and support staff across all units
• Review data, analyze trends, and drive quality improvement
• Ensure regulatory readiness (CMS, Joint Commission)
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams

What We’re Looking For

• BSN or MSN
• CA RN License BLS (AHA)
• 3 years acute care; 2 years ICU/ED/high-acuity
• Strong clinical sepsis expertise & data-driven mindset
• Strong communicator, educator, and team leader
• Preferred: CCRN, CEN, CIC, QI or program coordination experience

License/Certification:
