Palm Health Resources is seeking an ambitious, high-energy Associate Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a top-tier healthcare staffing firm, we specialize in placing Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Allied Health Professionals across the country.
Your Role
You will be responsible for:
- Cold calling to connect with top talent across the country
- Sourcing and building relationships with candidates using creative techniques, social media, databases, and good old-fashioned hustle
- BUILDING and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
- Supporting senior recruiters to learn the ropes, fill urgent needs, and gain valuable industry knowledge
- Developing the skills, confidence, and results to move into a Senior Recruiter role and start building your own book of business
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a go-getter with a competitive spirit and strong work ethic. You should have excellent phone presence and communication skills, as well as the ability to connect with people and build relationships. Previous sales or recruiting experience is a plus, but attitude and drive matter most.
