Position Overview:The retail general manager is responsible for the entire operation of a retail sales location. This involves leading the sales process and developing people, with the goal to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Hire, train and develop a team of sales consultants, office managers and support staff to achieve sales center profitability, customer satisfaction and referral generation.Provide positive leadership in implementation and adherence to the Cavco sales system and operating principles.
