New Home Sales Consultant – Palm Harbor Homes of Oklahoma City
Full-Time | $60,000 - $200,000 Earning Potential
We're looking for motivated and competitive individuals to join our top performing team. We are a high-volume Super Center with 20 homes available to tour and plenty of opportunity. We're looking for someone who is good with people, willing to create their own business, and not scared to ask for the business.
Manufactured home experience is not required. Sales experience is a plus, but attitude, work ethic, and coachability matter more.
This is a full-time, commission-driven position with strong income potential for someone willing to put in the work. Saturday availability is required.

What You'll Do
- Guide customers through the home-buying process
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Assist customers with financing options
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Prospect for new business and local marketing opportunities
- Manage customer relationships from initial contact through closing
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of sales, customer service, or business experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- High school diploma required
- Bilingual skills and management experience are a plus
