Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Preschool Montessori Teacher role located in Plano, TX. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

- Effective Communication skills for working with children, families, and colleagues in a collaborative school community.
- Montessori training or certification, or willingness to pursue Montessori professional development.
- Prior experience teaching in a preschool or early childhood setting, preferably in a Montessori or child-centered environment.
- Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom that supports diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred.
