What You Will Do

• Monitor Food Safety and Sanitation

•Supervise that meals are prepared according to the planned menu with standardized recipes and dietary restrictions •Participate in the MDS and Careplan process

What We Are Looking For

• Valid Certified Dietary Manager
• 3-5 years of Food Service Management experience
• ServSafe Manager Certification
