What You Will Do
Coordinate and complete required MDS assessments for residents. Make sure they are accurate and submitted on time to meet regulatory guidelines.- Check medical records and team documentation to ensure the information supports the MDS coding and reflects the resident’s condition and care needs.
What We Are Looking For
Active and Clear RN license- 1-3 years of MDS experience in a healthcare setting
