The opportunity
We're looking for a driven, hands-on Regional Sales Manager & Trainer to take our sales organization to the next level.
The right candidate will be deeply embedded in the field, working directly with our teams on the ground, while also operating closely and hand-in-hand with headquarters to build, maintain, and monitor a high-performing sales force across our locations.
You'll own 3 key things: elevating our sales training, supporting local recruiting, and making sure new salespeople ramp up fast- and stick around.
You'll report directly to the CEO and VP of Growth, with real visibility, real impact, and a genuine seat at the table as we scale.
This role will require regular travel across our locations: Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; Bay Area, CA; Seattle, WA
What you'll own

- Deliver ongoing training for both new hires and tenured reps to sharpen skills and reinforce best practices
- Conduct field one-on-one coaching, presentation coaching, and classroom-style sessions
- Be our internal expert on sales methodology, product knowledge, and in-home sales best practices
- Coordinate and lead regular sales meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-through
Recruitment support
- Partner closely with HR and local General Managers to support recruiting needs across all locations
- Help identify, attract, and evaluate strong sales talent that fits our culture and standards
- Contribute to a consistent, compelling candidate experience that reflects who we are
Performance monitoring & feedback
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics for new hires throughout their onboarding journey and beyond
- Identify trends, flag early concerns, and deliver timely, actionable feedback to salespeople and local managers
- Build and execute performance improvement plans when needed
- Ensure alignment with company sales playbook, policies, and procedures
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of field sales experience in home improvement or adjacent industries, preferably in B2C in-home sales
- Proven track record of training, coaching, and developing sales teams
- High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable driving results independently across multiple locations
- Strong ability to analyze sales performance data and translate it into clear action plans
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, operations, and local leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective one-on-one and in front of a room
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Comfortable with travel across regional locations
Compensation
$100,000 – $200,000 per year
This is a performance-driven compensation package structured around what matters most:
- Base salary commensurate with experience
- Performance bonuses tied to: new salesperson recruitment, retention of new hires, and the sales results of the reps you train and develop
- Travel reimbursement
- Significant opportunity for advancement as the company grows
