Position OverviewAn established and well-supported primary care practice in rural Wisconsin is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join its collaborative team.
This opportunity offers flexibility with 0.5 FTE or greater scheduling and the ability to provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine in a rural community while benefiting from strong clinical and organizational support.
Practice & Schedule- Permanent Family Medicine opportunity
- Traditional outpatient Family Medicine
- Optional inpatient and procedural work
- MondayFriday clinic availability
- Early morning start times available
- Full-time schedule includes approximately 36 patient contact hours plus administrative time
- Flexible start date
- Call is shared among the providers
- All calls are pre-screened by nurse triage
- Call is phone-only
- Urgent or higher-acuity patient needs are handled by the appropriate Urgent Care, Emergency Department, or Hospitalist teams
- Supportive call structure designed to protect physician time away from the practice
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- BE physicians must obtain Board Certification within the required timeframe following residency
- Traditional outpatient Family Medicine experience preferred
- FMOB experience is welcome
- Candidates with prenatal, postnatal, delivery, and C-section experience may have opportunities to incorporate those skills into their practice
