Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager

Position Summary

The Warehouse & Delivery Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, staging, and delivering millwork, cabinetry, doors, trim, and related materials to job sites and customers. This role requires attention to detail, safe material handling, and professionalism when interacting with customers, builders, and field crews.

Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Operations

· Receive and inspect incoming millwork, cabinetry, doors, trim, and hardware for accuracy and damage

· Organize, label, and stage materials for upcoming jobs and deliveries

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

· Assist with inventory tracking and material counts

· Prepare job-site packages according to work orders and delivery schedules

· Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment

Key Responsibilities – Delivery & Logistics

· Load and unload materials safely to prevent damage

· Deliver materials to job sites, builders, and customers in a timely and professional manner

· Verify delivery contents with job tickets and obtain delivery confirmations when required

· Communicate delivery issues, damages, or shortages to management immediately

· Assist installers and field crews with material drop-offs as needed

General Support

· Assist shop and installation teams as needed

· Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

· Represent the company professionally on job sites and with customers

· Perform other duties as assigned to support operations

Qualifications & Requirements

· Prior warehouse, delivery, or construction-related experience preferred (millwork or cabinetry experience a plus)

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and handle large doors, cabinetry, and trim material

· Comfortable working in warehouse and job-site environments

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

· Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to be trained)

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
