Responsibilities
- Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner in an upbeat atmosphere
- Meeting sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
- Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining a clean and organized salon
- Opening/closing business
- Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Qualifications
- Ability to work 15-30 hours per week for part-time, ability to work 35-42 hours per week for full-time
- Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Customer service experience
- Friendly competitive drive to meet monthly sales goals
- Polished professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for 5-8 hours per day
