Phase 1: Senior General Manager Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of a high-volume, flagship retail location
- Hire, train, and coach a high-performing team
- Drive key metrics: revenue, membership growth, service delivery, and profitability
- Ensure operational excellence and brand consistency
- Champion a customer-first culture and community presence
- Model leadership excellence, accountability, and values-driven behavior
- Oversee multiple store locations and their General Managers
- Coach, support, and hold teams accountable to KPIs and brand standards
- Conduct store visits, audits, and performance reviews
- Build strategic plans to improve operations, grow market share, and drive results
- Foster a culture of development, recognition, and high performance
- Lead with influence, vision, and a clear focus on team success
- 5 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service-focused environments
- Prior multi-unit assignments or high-volume management experience is a strong plus
- Proven track record of developing people and building winning teams
- Strong operational mindset with attention to detail and performance metrics
- Exceptional communicator, motivator, and team builder
- Eager to grow and travel locally to support multiple locations
- $60,000–$65,000 (base performance bonuses)
