About The Role

Palm Beach Tan is looking for a motivated and energetic Store Manager to lead our store! In this role, you'll drive customer experience, sales performance, and lead a winning team! If you're passionate about retail leadership and love helping people look and feel their best, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to ensure a top-tier customer experience in a positive and welcoming environment
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
• Drive membership sales, retail product sales, and revenue growth to meet and exceed store goals
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Manage all day to day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
  
  

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience required
• Proven track record in sales leadership and meeting revenue targets
• Strong team-building, coaching, and staff development skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitude

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
