As a Beauty and Wellness Curator, you will guide customers in selecting our top-notch skincare products and services, helping them feel confident and radiant. Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience.
Additionally, earn uncapped commission up to 15% of your total sales based on performance.
Responsibilities
Guide customers on our skincare products and their benefits
Assist customers with their tanning needs while adhering to state and local recommendations
Assist customer with their wellness needs
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Keep the salon clean and organized
Manage cash and perform daily administrative tasks
Track personal and team progress towards goals
Consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
Deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
