Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team to meet and exceed store goals
- Drive membership sales, retail product sales, and overall store revenue individually and as a store
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
- Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve results
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
