POSITION SUMMARY:
Leads the front shop maintenance employees related to preventive maintenance and repairs to the facilities and equipment. Responsible for interim life safety and daily inspections related to construction and renovation projects.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Five years progressive experience in a healthcare Engineering setting.
Working knowledge of applicable codes and regulations maintaining healthcare facilities and equipment.
