Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Assistant to the Human Resources Director located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing phone communications, and utilizing clerical skills. The role also involves executive administrative assistance tasks and maintaining effective communication within the team. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Payroll Experience
- Phone Etiquette, Office and Communication skills
- Executive Administrative Assistance experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
- Relevant experience or a degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
- PHR or SHRM- CP preferred.
