Role Description This position comes with 20% equity in the company and is ideal for those with golf real estate experience. The position is ideal for creative entrepreneurs with strong marketing and relationship building skills. We are building a home for real estate professionals who want to lean into their golf course knowledge by aligning with a brand that caters to this lifestyle. We build relationships over 18 holes as has been customary in the business world. We think it makes sense for buyers to build an emotional connection with a track and the people who spend time on it before making a generational real estate investment for their family. Palm Beach Caddies knows the course. We carry the bag. This position focuses on building and maintaining relationships with golfers, property owners, and local golf facilities to support real estate opportunities connected to golf communities. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and current clients, touring golf properties, assessing course-adjacent features, and advising on how golf amenities can enhance property value. The Golf Real Estate Partner also provides attentive customer service, manages communication across stakeholders, and supports marketing activities to promote golf-related real estate offerings.
