Job Responsibilities:
Processes payments to distributors and maintains expense details by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling distributor billback invoices.
Job Duties:
- Manage all A/P billback invoices to distributors for assigned region (paid via credit memos)
- Code expenses to the correct G/L accounts by recording entries accurately into the system
- Pays customers by requesting, verifying & auditing necessary documentation
- Monitoring and identifying discount opportunities & verifying discrepancies against systems/reports
- Ensuring that company policy is followed prior to issuing payment
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintains and reconciles monthly distributor statements by verifying transactions & amounts
- Maintains historical records by filing all necessary backup documents electronically
- Maintain effective relationships with PBI associates & distributor counterpart
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Some ad hoc duties & analysis as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail & Thoroughness
- Excellent organization methods & habits
- Ability to effectively analyze & audit documentation
- Effective written & verbal communication with customers, associate & across levels of management
- General math skills
- Microsoft Excel fluency required
- Business Central platform experience preferred but not required
