We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our sales team in administrative tasks and serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This position is for a furniture company located in Pompano Beach.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9a.m. – 5 p.m.
Pay Rate: $18 – $22 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and information.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and showroom visits professionally.
- Prepare and respond to customer communications.
- Maintain organized records and assist with order processing when needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Support daily office and sales operations.
Requirements
- Bilingual: English & Spanish or English & Portuguese
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers and multiple software applications.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
