We’re looking for an experienced Gutter Installation Crew Leader who knows proper gutter installation and enjoys leading a team while delivering professional, customer‑friendly service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage gutter installation projects from start to finish
- Ensure gutters are installed correctly, securely, and with proper pitch and drainage
- Oversee installations of seamless gutters, downspouts, guards, and related components
- Catch issues early and maintain high workmanship standards
- Lead, train, and motivate crew members on the job site
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and project managers
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and looking professional at all times
