Join the Service Team at Pallotta Ford
Pallotta Ford is looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our growing service department. If you have dealership warranty experience, excellent organizational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.Experience with automotive warranty processing is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with dealership administrative experience.

Responsibilities
- Process manufacturer warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
- Review repair orders to ensure warranty compliance and proper documentation.
- Submit and monitor claim status.
- Resolve rejected or unpaid warranty claims.
- Maintain warranty schedules and receivables.
- Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and management regarding warranty requirements.
- Ensure all warranty paperwork meets manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper records.
- Assist with warranty audits and manufacturer requests.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership warranty experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Ford Motor Company warranty procedures is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional attitude with a team-first mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
