Human Resource Professional

A national manufacturing company is searching for an energetic and detail oriented professional to manage all aspects of human resources at the New Boston Plant. The successful candidate must be personable, outgoing and able to develop strong relationships with a diverse workforce. The HR Professional must be comfortable working in a rugged, manufacturing environment. He or she will work directly with the plant manager as a key member of the plant’s leadership team to ensure a safe and productive workforce.

Ideal characteristics and experience include:

• Human Resource experience managing processes and reporting
• Manufacturing experience as a supervisor or team lead
• Demonstrated ability to manage organized and accurate files
• Work effectively on a team
• Change Management
• Developing and supporting a positive culture
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
• High comfort with computers including Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated experience gathering and analyzing data to drive decision making
