The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify inbound and outbound prospects, conducting research on target accounts and key decision-makers. This role will involve performing outreach via email, phone, and social channels to generate interest, schedule discovery calls, and create a strong pipeline for the sales team. The SDR will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging, run campaigns, and improve lead conversion. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate CRM records, following structured sales processes, and consistently meeting activity and pipeline KPIs.

- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear, concise, and professional style.
- High motivation to learn, resilience in handling rejection, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfort using CRM and sales engagement tools; familiarity with SaaS or B2B technology is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in New York, NY, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; previous internship or entry-level experience in sales or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
