Job Summary
Join our team as a Commercial Truck Driver and become a part of our logistics network. In this role, you will drive local class A no touch freight routes.
Duties
- Safely operate tractor-trailers.
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and DOT (Department of Transportation).
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle condition, including checking for safety issues related to manual transmission or specialized equipment.
- Maintain accurate daily maintenance records and shipment documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch using GPS navigation tools and follow route instructions diligently.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a focus on freight delivery across various routes.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL A)
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules, and safety standards for truck driving.
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
