Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, as well as operating forklifts to move materials and products within the facility. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth production process and contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery in adherence to standard operating procedures to ensure optimum production output.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machines to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the maintenance department
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Lumbermill & rotator attachment experience preferred. - Proven experience as a machine operator - Knowledge of industrial machinery, tools, and equipment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
What We Offer:
- Pay based on experience: Minimum start $18/hr - 56hrs of Paid Time Off - 90 day probation period - M-F 5am or 6am-2:30pm
