Schedule:
Alternative Workweek Schedule
6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Repair, sort, and inspect wooden pallets
- Use hand tools and pneumatic nail guns safely and effectively
- Load, unload, stack, and move pallets throughout the facility
- Assist with general warehouse and production operations
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work in a warehouse environment
- Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check
