Duties
- Inspect damaged or worn pallets to determine repair needs and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to repair broken boards, replace nails, and reinforce pallet structurw
- Perform heavy lifting to move pallets safely within the workspace and during repairs
- Apply construction skills such as framing, carpentry, and metal stud framing to restore pallets to optimal condition
- Conduct quality checks after repairs to ensure durability, safety, and compliance with industry standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment for repairs and fabrication
- Must be reliable
- Must be able to pass drug screening
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs
- 35 - 37 hours per week, Monday—Friday - 7 am - 3:30 pm.
Pay: $599.00 - $600.00 per week
