Palladium McKinney is seeking an experienced and results-driven Community Manager to lead the an affordable housing community in McKinney, TX. This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring a strong background in lease-up operations and affordable housing compliance.
Affordable housing experience is required. Candidates without experience will not be considered.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Community Manager experience
- Required: Affordable housing experience (LIHTC, HUD, or similar programs)
- Required: Previous lease-up experience with proven success in occupancy growth
- Strong knowledge of compliance, file management, and recertifications
- Proven leadership, sales, and team development skills
- Experience with property management software and reporting systems
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the community during lease-up
- Ensure full compliance with all affordable housing program requirements
- Drive leasing activity, occupancy growth, and resident retention
- Lead marketing, outreach, and leasing strategies
- Supervise, train, and develop onsite leasing and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate and compliant resident files and reporting
- Deliver strong financial and operational performance
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader who understands both the urgency of lease-up operations and the precision required in affordable housing compliance. This role requires someone who can perform under pressure, lead by example, and ensure both occupancy and compliance goals are met.
Must be willing to work a demanding schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to achieve property success.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
