This Opportunity
Palladium is currently seeking a fluent French Senior Associate, Project Delivery to support implementation of the Translating Data for Implementation (Data.FI) award. Data.FI is a global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the State Department.
Data.FI partners with PEPFAR programs to accelerate and sustain access to high-quality data to expedite HIV epidemic control and maintenance. Data.FI supports host country governments to enhance existing health information systems (HIS) and conduct in-depth analysis of epidemiologic and program data to inform management responses to gaps in programming and sustain impact by supporting local partner transition.
This is a project role with duration until September 30, 2026 with a high probability of an extension. Preference will be given to candidates that can start immediately.
Location and Compensation:
The position is based in Palladium’s Arlington, VA office within our Americas region. Candidates must have current work authorization in the US as visa sponsorship cannot be accommodated.
Palladium supports a hybrid working model with 3 days in office, 2 days from home.

Reporting Lines
- The Senior Associate will report directly to the Manager, Project Delivery
- Support project start-up and close-out, including office setup and lease finalization
- Act as liaison between corporate services, senior managers, project teams, and compliance hubs
- Maintain project management documentation and track progress against work plans
- Lead internal and external reporting, including risk assessments and client deliverables
- Monitor and escalate project risks and issues to leadership as needed. Develop and implement compliant subcontractor and grants management procedures
- Manage PMU administration: agendas, notes, calendars, and task tracking
- Anticipate project needs and recommend process improvements
- Train and mentor new and junior PMU staff Ensure compliance with company and client policies across all operational areas
- Lead procurement and contract management, ensuring quality and compliance
- Assist with internal financial reporting and tasks including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, reviewing partner and vendor invoices, and any other ad hoc financial reporting assignments
- Coordinate HR functions with field staff including recruitment, onboarding, and staff mobilization
- Maintain project data systems for staff and consultants
- Contribute to company growth by supporting well-managed projects, ensuring Palladium is seen positively by clients for consideration in future business development
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree and / or 4 years of relevant work experience
- Previous experience managing projects or activities that required high quality organizational, financial, or managerial skills
- Financial acumen and the ability to interpret and analyze financial reports
- Experience supporting work implementing USAID or other donor funded projects
- English and French fluency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to train and coach staff
