Palladin Precision Products is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Building Maintenance Associate. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of both the interior and exterior of our facility to support a safe and professional work environment.
CANDIDATE MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR EMPLOYMENT IN AN ITAR-REGISTERED MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT AND MUST MEET ALL U.S. GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCESS TO ITAR-CONTROLLED INFORMATION.
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday
Prefer 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and maintaining restrooms
- Cleaning cafeteria and breakroom areas
- Vacuuming offices and common areas
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Dusting throughout the facility
- Cleaning interior windows
- Watering plants
- Gathering and managing shop rags (including laundering as needed)
- Monitoring and advising when maintenance supplies need to be restocked
- Changing air filters as scheduled
- Performing monthly checks to ensure fire extinguishers are inspected and up to date
- Performing light exterior maintenance, including general grounds cleanup and walkway upkeep, general landscaping
Qualifications:
- Prior janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Ability to perform light to moderate physical work
Additional Consideration:
This position requires a high level of reliability and accountability. Candidates must be punctual, consistent, and able to complete assigned tasks without supervision. This is not a role where responsibilities can be left unfinished—attention to detail and follow-through are essential.
