- Prepare operating rooms by arranging supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly for surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams by passing instruments, and managing surgical supplies with agility and precision.
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques throughout procedures to prevent infection and ensure patient safety.
- Monitor vital signs and physiological responses during surgeries, providing critical data to the team for real-time decision-making.
- Support infection control protocols by adhering to sterilization standards and maintaining a clean surgical environment.
- Proven experience as a Surgical Technologist in hospital or ambulatory surgery center.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data collection related to surgical procedures, patient vitals, and clinical documentation.
- Extensive OR experience with a variety of types of cases such as orthopedics, plastics, spine and pain (but not limited to).
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and infection control practices essential for safe surgical assistance.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) are advantageous.

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
