- Coordinate the implementation of the regional supply chain organization and ensure alignment with global standards.
- Manage the S&OP supply planning process to support plant reliability, parts availability, and alignment of sales order book with production schedules.
- Partner with regional purchasing to align parts availability with S&OP targets, inventory objectives, and project requirements.
- Lead make‑or‑buy and outsourcing activities to ensure execution supports regional and global strategic goals.
- Support footprint activities including new product launches, product relocations, and development of regional supply chain talent.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, with 4–6 years of supply chain management and leadership experience.
- Experience in make‑or‑buy and sourcing activities within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Proven project management experience in industrial/manufacturing settings, with strong communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Smartsheet) and SAP, with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong ethics, quality‑focused decision-making, and demonstrated problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and corrective‑action skills.
